Counselling Service for patients and carers who have been diagnosed with any form of cancer or are at any stage of treatment for cancer for whom counseling may be of benefit. Interventions will focus on dealing with the emotional impact and effects of diagnosis and illness, increasing acceptance and understanding, and identifying and developing positive coping strategies. Counselling will also be available for families and/or carers of cancer patients. Practical information and support, referral to self help support groups. Cancer Survivorship fitness class which is held on a Monday evening with the use of a hydrotherapy pool. A bandana service. A legal service to help with wills, debts issues and guardianship.
